These seven cottages were built between 1845 – 1878, and were known as Myrtle Cottages in the late 19th century.

These cottages are situated on the west side of Portswood Road, just to the south of Gordon Avenue. The south wall of the Gordon Arms, which stands on the corner of Gordon Avenue, is visible on the right of two of the pictures. These seven cottages were built between 1845 – 1878, and were known as Myrtle Cottages in the late 19th century.
