A walk in the park

Research has indicated that spending time in the park can have positive benefits for mental health and wellbeing and a walk in the park is a great way to get some fresh air and exercise. Our colleagues at My Journey have put together a list of walking opportunities for all ages and abilities and it is great for those who like some company when they are walking.
