Our colleagues at My Journey have put together a list of walking opportunities for all ages and abilities and it is great for those who like some company when they are walking. ParkLives is a free and easy way for you to get active in your local park. In fact, it’s not just a walk in the park – you’ll find a whole host of activities from tai chi to flag football!
