Gather with Helen Iles

Helen Iles, author of ‘Hiraeth – Our Longing for Belonging’ will be joining us to talk about the deeply mythical narrative structure of The Heroine’s Journey devised by psychologist and mythologist Maureen Murdock to help uncover our own unique voice. This transformative journey will be accompanied by a writing exercise, some guided meditation, and discussion.

Helen is Welsh writer, filmmaker and meditation guide, currently living in Spain. Her work aims to inspire freedom, simple living and nature awareness. Her book ‘Hiraeth’ straddles inner and outer worlds, tracking a transformative journey towards inner/outer alignment and congruence.

Online Get Together #5 – Bring Your Own Book!

Thursday 13th August at 7pm   Now Tuesday 18th August at 7pm.

We are having a social evening and you’re all welcome! Register via eventbrite to attend.

This is a book group with a difference! We are asking you to BYOB (Bring Your Own Book… and a bottle if you like!) so we can share inspiration we have found between the pages of our favourite books and raise a glass together.

You do not need to have attended previous Bring Your Own Book events, newbies are very welcome. What are you reading at the moment, and what has it meant to you? Do you have a favourite summer read?

The session will run for 1hr max and we do look forward to seeing you there.
