Dog poo being thrown over into a garden in Blenheim Avenue again

Incidents of dog poo being thrown (wrapped in white tissue) into a garden or put into hedges – all in one area in Blenheim Avenue were reported in April. This stopped for a while. However, it has started up again. Please could other residents be on the look out. It is very disturbing and disgusting for the residents who are affected.
