DESCRIPTION:No Bite Is Right ‘Tic-Nic’\n15 May / Southampton Common / 4pm – 7pm / Free \n \nHelp your pet avoid being bitten by fleas and ticks \nAs part of a new national campaign to educate pet owners about the importance of preventing tick bites\, Bayer Animal Health will be on Southampton Common\, opposite the Hawthorns Centre\, to raise awareness of the risk. \nIndependent veterinary surgeon David Grant\, who has previously appeared on TV show ‘Animal Hospital‘\, will also be on hand alongside representatives from local veterinary practices\, to educate pet owners about the risks ticks and other parasites can pose as well as the management and prevention of them. \nThe first 50 people to attend will also receive a free goody bag for their dogs. \nFind out more about Tic-Nic >
