Theft of expensive piece of equipment from garage on night of Wednesday 3 March 2021

Took place at a property in Holyrood Avenue.

The builders who repointed the house have advised that an expensive piece of their equipment was stolen from the garage during the night (worth over £800).  The occupants did not hear anything during the night, having gone to bed at 10.30 pm, and we were up again at 6am.
