Update on Avenue works below.
Posted by Highfield Residents' Association on Jul 27, 2021 in Hot Topics, News | 0 commentsNote in Phase 3, which starts from 9 August for up to 3 weeks, works to modify the junction mouth with Westwood Road and install a continuous footway crossing will require the closure of the Westwood Road junction for the duration.
Over the last month, we have been working to install a new toucan crossing and continuous crossings on The Avenue, as well as making junction improvements at Winn Road. We have also been managing the overhanging trees and upgrading street lighting.
