The Visitor fee is £5.00 on the door, or pay to become a member pro rata, depending on the date of joining.

“We look forward to seeing you next Monday at 8pm when we will be joined by Harriet Teare who recently joined a group of 88 intrepid women and non-binary leaders who travelled for 19 days on board The Ushalia through the Southern Ocean navigating the unpredictable seas of Antartica.  We will hear first-hand about the challenges they faced as well as Harriet’s unparalleled view of one of the most remote locations on the plant.  Refreshments will be provided after the presentation, and this will be a great oppunity to chat over a cup of coffee with Harriet about this remarkable feat.

In line with our aim to raise money to boost our funds, we will be holding a RAFFLE at Monday’s meeting. Tickets will be £1 each so don’t forget to bring a little cash! And at the March meeting we will be holding a TOMBOLA so can each member bring something (anything) to add to the Tombola, to the FEBRUARY Meeting to enable us to get the tombola ready ahead of time.”
