We invite you to come to one of our Memory Cafés this week and do check out the extras we’ve got happening this term, our Bereavement Course starting in September and our popular Tea Dance in October amongst other things.

New Bereavement Course
Pippa and Ros invite you to join a small group to explore and understand your grief alongside others. Starting date Monday September 23rd 2025, 10.30am to 12.30pm, every 2 weeks.

Carers Choir returns for the Autumn
Starting on Wednesday 10th September from 11.30-12.30pm at Mayflower Theatre. To book your place or find out more information on dates and venue check their website here.

Book your places on our Tea Dance on Tuesday 7th October at St. Denys Church Centre. Come along and join in the dancing or just listen to the music and enjoy afternoon tea. We will be raising funds for Caraway and the event will be dementia friendly. For more information contact Caraway.

Singing By Heart

11.00-12.45 with light lunch after. School term time only.

Men’s Meets
For all men, caring for someone living with dementia. We would love you to join us for a walk and a catch up. We will meet by the Cowherds on the Common at 1pm, have a short stroll then back to the Cowherds for some lunch. For more information contact Dave Hendra by email or phone 07466 91467.

Donations only for meal that is followed by a brief devotion including a hymn.
