Anti-social behaviour is defined by Hampshire Alert / Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Constabulary in their of 18/11/24 as:
“Anti-social behaviour is defined as behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to someone not of the same household as the person, and can take many forms and often can form part of a criminal offence.”
