Do you or anyone you know finding bereavement difficult? If so, join our friendly and supportive Bereavement Course. All details are below.
Dementia, A Life Worth Living is the first session of a new group for people living with dementia to meet with and chat with others who also have dementia. You are not alone… Please support this new venture. See flier below.

Pippa and Ros invite you to join a small group to explore and understand your grief alongside others. Due to illness our starting date is now Tuesday 4th November, 10.30am to 12.30pm, weekly until December.

Donations only for meal that is followed by a brief devotion including a hymn.

Armchair exercise: Starts at 10am for about 25 minutes. Led by a qualified instructor; light exercise whilst still sitting! Donations welcome.
Community Lunch: At Midday. Food varies between jacket potatoes, ploughman’s, quiche, soup, breakfast rolls and pizza to name a few. Donations welcome.
