Are you or anyone you know finding bereavement difficult? If so, join our friendly and supportive Bereavement Course. All details are below.
Reframing Dementia, A safe place for those who have recently received a diagnosis of dementia. A new group for people living with dementia to meet with and chat with others who also have dementia. You are not alone… Your carer can pop next door to have a free cuppa while you’re in the meeting. Please support this new venture. See flier below.

New Bereavement Course
Pippa and Ros invite you to join a small group to explore and understand your grief alongside others. Due to illness our starting date is now Tuesday 4th November, 10.30am to 12.30pm, weekly until December.

Singing By Heart
Hedge End Salvation Army, White’s Way, SO30 2GL.
11.00-12.45 with light refreshments after. School term time only.
Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with. Armchair exercise: Starts at 10am for about 25 minutes. Led by a qualified instructor; light exercise whilst still sitting! Donations welcome.
Community Lunch: At Midday. Food varies between jacket potatoes, ploughman’s, quiche, soup, breakfast rolls and pizza to name a few. Donations welcome.
