I am writing to inform you that a protest is expected to take place tomorrow, Friday 07/11/25, outside Highfield House Hotel from 1700 hours.

We anticipate attendance from both demonstrators and counter-protestors. An appropriate policing plan is in place, and officers will be present throughout to maintain public safety and manage the event lawfully.

We understand the ongoing impact these gatherings may have on staff and residents, local businesses, places of worship, and the wider community. Our priority is to work closely with you to reduce disruption and ensure everyone feels safe. We continue to review our approach, powers, and policies to ensure an appropriate and proportionate response.
