This Saturday 15 November there is a Repair Café at St Denys Community Centre, Priory Rd, SO17 2JZ, from 10.30am to 1pm (parking for cars and bikes)

No need to book. They repair all sorts of things, including: electrical items, computers, sewing repairs, jewellery, bikes, woodwork, metal work, furniture and gluing. Transition Southampton say “We now also do tool sharpening.”

Their expert volunteers will see if they can fix your item for you in exchange for a donation (cash preferred!). If they can’t fix it, they may be able to advise you what to do next.

Tea, coffee and cake available while you wait!

Just turn up and stop your items from going to landfill!
