“I’m originally from Pakistan and a single mum with three boys. Cooking has always been a way for me to stay connected to my culture and share love through food. Biryani, especially, is very close to my heart. It’s a dish that fills our home with warmth and brings us together, no matter how busy life gets.The recipe I’ll be using is based on one passed down through my family, but over the years, I’ve added my own touch to it — a mix of tradition, comfort, and creativity. For me, every pot of biryani tells a story — of home, family, and the joy of sharing food with others.
I’m really looking forward to sharing that story and experience with everyone in next week’s event!”
