The month of Bank Holidays so do check cafe timings as some may alter due to these. A fun month ahead though with lots happening – do come along to the Ageing Well Fayre on Saturday, 9th May, lots of fun to be had as well as learn more about how to age well in Southampton.

The Ageing Well Fayre, Saturday 9th May – 1 till 4 pm at Avenue St Andrews Church Hall
Do come along and join us – there will be stands on nature, exercise, health and care. We will have Uke Box Glory, a Ukelele Band playing, listen or join in with Kim, our Singer, there’ll be games for children and afternoon tea to enjoy. A great afternoon of fun – Free entry.

Men’s Meets
For all men, caring for someone living with dementia. We would love you to join us for a walk and a catch up. We will meet at the Cowherds on the Common at 1pm on Tuesday, 5th May, for a short stroll, back to the Cowherds for some lunch and chat and should be finished by 3pm.
