Art for Art’s Sake – August event, sponsored by HRA – 22-23 August, Avenue St Andrews Church

Artists and Craft Makers in the area are busy preparing for Arts For Art’s Sake, which is taking place at Avenue St. Andrew’s Church on the Avenue on the weekend of 22-23 August 2026. It’s part of the HRA 50th Anniversary celebrations and has been registered as a Hampshire Open Studios event. The event is likely to feature a whole range of arts and crafts, ranging from paintings, photography, wood turning, silk scarves, pottery and cards for sale. Avenue St. Andrew’s Church is a large and beautiful venue with plenty of space for exhibitors.

Photographs from the HRA Photographic competition will be on display and there will be plenty of tea and cake!

Artists and Makers will be making a donation from any sales to Yellow Door, our locally based charity.
