The Lord Mayor of Southampton, Councillor Pat Evemy (below 2nd from left), accompanied by the Sheriff, Councillor Kat Barbour (below 2nd from right) opened the event together with Professor Roger Brown (below centre), Chair of Highfield Residents’ Association, as the event is being sponsored by HRA@50 this year (yes, it’s 50th year!). The event organisers Christine and Martin Benning, who are doing a fantastic job, are also shown below (1st left and right respectively).
