TEA DANCE! Have you booked your place? You’re still welcome to come along, even if you’ve not done that, but if you’ve any dietary requirements we should be aware of, do fill in the form so we can sure there’ll be something you can enjoy for tea. Details below on how to do this.
Men’s meet moves to Wednesday this month, and Thursday’s Lordshill Cafe open the Memory Box next week. We do hope you’re able to join us for one or more of our gatherings.
Please note that Thornhill Memory Cafe, due to be on Tuesday, has been CANCELLED by the venue. They plan to meet again as usual in November.

Men’s Meets
For all men, caring for someone living with dementia. We would love you to join us for a walk and a catch up. We will meet at the Cowherds on the Common on Wednesday 7th October at 1pm for a short stroll, back to the Cowherds for some lunch and chat and should be finished by 3pm. Singing By Heart
1st Monday of the month at Snowdrop Place Care Home, Pavilion Road, Hedge End, SO30 2ZS.
11.00am-12.45pm with light lunch after. Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with. Carers Group
1st Tuesday of each month, 6.30-8.30pm at Sholing Salvation Army Centre, 93 North East Road, Sholing, SO19 8AF.
A group for any unpaid carer to drop in – just enjoy a cuppa and chat or find out more information on what’s available for carers. It’s all very relaxed, just a small donation of 50p for your cuppa and a biscuit. More details from Debbie.

Armchair exercise: Starts at 10am for about 25 minutes. Led by a qualified instructor; light exercise whilst still sitting! Donations welcome.
Community Lunch: At Midday. Food varies between jacket potatoes, ploughman’s, quiche, soup, breakfast rolls and pizza to name a few. Donations welcome.
