A message from Councillor Savage: Portswood Councillors have been active during the mornings and afternoons, reminding parents and family, to park safely away from Highfield School entrances on Hawthorn Rd and Roselands Gardens, during drop off and pick up times

Staff and pupils at the school, along with many parents, are particularly concerned about street safety at the school and school children have helped to design banners outside the school gates to remind everyone.
If you are a parent, you may have seen us. We would welcome any parents to join us in a high-viz jacket for 5 mins at either the start or end of the day. Please email us, or just come up to us for a chat to find out more.
