As the chilly weather stays with us, while only Sholing memory café is meeting this week why not visit one of the other cafés? Southampton Manor Care Home holds a memory café on Friday and will be enjoying art and chocolate, all are welcome. Also this week the Community Wellbeing Hub is open, see the details below.

Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with. Meet @ the Hawthorns Café, SO15 7NN, Southampton Common at 9am. The meet point is by the start of park run between 2 oak trees close to Hawthorns but not outside it, look for the steward in high vis jacket labelled “Park Walker”. All Welcome! For a gentle 5km walk around the Common, many go to Hawthorns Café for a coffee and chat after.
