Heart and Stroll 2025 by ‘Heartbeat’, University Hospital Southampton – on Southampton Common! 9am to 4pm on Sunday 29 June!

This is the first ever Heart and Stroll event! ‘Supporting the renovation of the Heart Failure Unit. Heartbeat’ say:

“This event is family friendly and we encourage you to bring your fur-babies too!”

“We are excited to bring you Heart and Stroll – a gentle 5km stroll around Southampton Common. This is not just any old walking event in a park! As you take your gentle walk around the park, you will find some surprises and activities along the way to keep you engaged and involved. But the fun doesn’t stop there, as you come back through the finishing line, you will receive your first ever Heart and Stroll medal before enjoying some incredible performances and entertainment on stage with our fabulous host, the one and only … Michael Kurn!”

“There will also be a variety of stalls for a little bit of shopping, a chance for you to enjoy some tasty treats from our fabulous food vendors and much more in our event village!!”
