Concerning incidents occurring outside the former Blockbuster site in Portswood

Communication from a HRA member (22/05/25):

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning issues that have been occurring outside the former blockbuster site in Portswood. The situation has worsened, with the encampment expanding in size and the group’s behaviour becoming increasingly aggressive. I have witnessed fights, disputes, attempted shoplifting, and general antisocial behaviour that is intimidating to children and members of the public passing by.
