A man who appeared drunk outside The Muse put traffic cones across Portswood High Street causing traffic issues. A WA Group representative tried to report it to 101 but there was a 20 minute queue so gave up and reported it online instead. The issue would likely be resolved before the online report was actioned but it was important to include it in the Portswood police statistics.
