Street drinkers outside Flagship Coffee – Portswood Broadway, in Bus-gate cycle store and seat area

Reported Friday 18 July 2025. The street drinkers were quite loud and made growling noises to a young son. They were hiding behind/leaning against the Bus-gate furniture.

Reported to the police by two people separately with one report to Community Safety. One received notification from the police that “We will send it to the right people”. The other saying “They don’t need to do anything”. An automatic email response from Community Safety referred them to the police

Later, they were joined by other street drinkers which must have been quite intimidating for anyone visiting Flagship Coffee.
