Homeless: more problems – flats Richmond Gardens (Shaftesbury Avenue end)

Several incidents: entered the building, opened a box the postman left and left it downstairs. Took milk that was delivered. Had to cancel the delivery.

Recommendations: report both to the police and community safety. Also, attend PACT on Monday 8 Sept to speak with PC Adam O’Neill.
