Around 2.40pm, Tuesday 28/4/26 – Group of 7/8 men, one woman, in seating area and immediately outside former Flagship Coffee

On both sides of the pavement. Very difficult to get past. Very loud and intimidating. Appeared drunk or high or both. There were bottles/cans of what looked like alcohol in violation of the PSPO in Portswood Broadway.

Reported to Portswood Police Station at the time. Ref no INC-20260428-1284. They said they would report this to Control and try and get someone out immediately. Even if everyone had gone by the time they got there, it would still register as a reported incident.

There was also some street furniture – crates etc. which they were sitting on, and a huge refrigerator type item which spanned quite a bit of the area outside the former Cafe. Reported to Community Safety.
