Friday 8 May: Electric scooter on pavement (‘Pure’ illegal electric scooter – not Voi) nearly knocked two elderly people down

Came up silently from behind and whizzed past.

Suggest could take photo if time and send to police. Also, even if not, worth reporting to get this registered on the police database as we are told more reports might attract more funding.
