Reported again to Community Safety. No sign of Fusion/hoarding yet. CS confirmed chasing.

Note: CS has clarified that the sheltered area outside of the former shops (see above) is also private land and does belong to the former Portswood Shopping Centre owners. Queried the steps/pathway within the railings in that area also being owned by the owners of the former Portswood Shopping Centre and not Council/public land: ” Yes I believe the steps are also private – any bit where it is covered is what I have been told.”
