Reported to Community Safety and FP. Also asked the question: is there a date yet for Fusion to install the hoarding and are they also going to erect hoarding outside the former Atlantic Cleaners and Cancer Research shop which are also in a sheltered area which you have confirmed also belongs to the owners of the former Portswood Shopping Centre?
