Hi All
Hasn’t it been lovely to enjoy some bright sunny days and see the Spring bulbs coming into bloom, hopefully it cheers you as much as it does us. It’s the 3rd week of the month with Monday being particularly busy with many cafes across the city for you to visit.
We wanted to let you know about our new Bereavement Course, some information on this is below. If you know of anyone who would be interested do let them know about it.

Singing By Heart

Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with. More information from lynne.sillence@gmail.com or 07974 372207
Townhill Park Memory Café
Townhill Farm Community Centre, Wessex Road, Townhill Park, SO18 3RA. 1-3pm, every 3rd Monday.
You’ll always be sure of a warm welcome, with a cuppa and cake. Time to chat and different activities each month. This week is ‘Book Club’ – bring a favourite book to share, could be a cook book, photo album, poetry or a novel.
