Response from LN 101. 999 is if immediate risk to life, property or crime in action.   Note: Lots of reports of broken glass. Cllr S has looked at these and Police suspect it could be a catapult attack which could be just as dangerous.

Man sitting every day on bench asking for ‘change’ – beside Cranford Way / Highfield Lane

He apparently asks passerbys if they have any ‘spare change’ and ‘smokes’ (parents are always accompanied with children and he is only interested in what the parents can offer). This is directed to people on either side of the road....

There was no damaged entry. The suspect might have been disturbed, inadvertently, this morning at 7.20am when the person reporting this was going out. The suspect was a young man on a bike.
