Fight between two street drinkers – forecourt of Victory Gospel Church, Portswood

They took one of the street drinkers away and confiscated their drinks (there is a Public Spaces Protection Order covering Portswood Broadway). The shopkeeper who reported this said this was not the first time this has happened.read more
