At the start of September, the stretch from the Portswood Road junction to the traffic lights at St Denys Road is set to be hit by overnight closures for three days

The road will be fully closed in this area between the hours of 8pm to 6am on Monday, September 2, to Thursday, September 5. For those who need to travel through the area during those times, a diversion route has been set up, which takes drivers onto Portswood Road and onto St Denys Road.
