“What happened is  replacement play equipment is from a different supplier to what was installed when built (supplier of original equipment no longer in business). The new equipment has different fixing positions so couldn’t just use present fixing points, which is what was done at Houndwell. When the contractor came to dig for new fixing positions struck the (hard!) concrete of the old paddling pool and so equipment has had to be brought in to break through the concrete to get new fixing positions for the play equipment.
