The schools may be on half term but our cafes continue to meet. Come along for a cuppa, cake and chat and other activities. We’d love to see you.

Reframing Dementia
Meets Monday, 16th February. A safe place for those who have recently received a diagnosis of dementia. More details above or contact Karen or Dave for further information. You can just turn up on the day.

Carers Engagement Survey 2026
Southampton City Council are looking for feedback from unpaid carers about support and services from the council that help them in their caring role. This feedback will help them develop the best possible support for people like you, who help to look after someone who needs care or support.

From 2-4pm, 3rd Monday each month. Come along to enjoy some tea and cake with others living with dementia. This week Brian Hooper will be leading us in some singing, as well as the usual activities being available.
Townhill Park Memory Café
Townhill Farm Community Centre, Wessex Road, Townhill Park, SO18 3RA.
1-3pm, meets the 3rd Monday of the month. You’ll always be sure of a warm welcome. A chance to relax and chatter with other attendees while having a tea, coffee, cold drink. Activities around the Chinese New Year will be provided if you would like to take part. More information from Jo Frost.
