Hi All
For anyone who has recently received a diagnosis of dementia, join us for our new course, Living Well with Dementia, starting in September. An ideal opportunity to chat with others recently diagnosed and get more information on how you can live well with dementia. More details below.
Cafes meeting next week are Time Together at Sholing and Lordshill, as well as the usual weekly gatherings happening across the city – more information on all these are below.

Age UK Southampton offers free and comprehensive information on a wide range of subjects affecting older people – from Pension Credit to care packages. They say “We can help you identify the problem, explain the choices available and help you decide what you want to do. We may be able to provide individual support if you need further help to resolve the problem.” Do check out their website for more information.

Singing By Heart
2nd Monday of the month at Hedge End Salvation Army, White’s Way, SO30 2GL.
11.00am-12.45pm with light lunch after. School term time only.
Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with.
