We hope you’ve had a good week, if you’re a sports fan then this is a great time with Wimbledon for tennis and of course the football World Cup with England going into the quarter finals this weekend. If you’re not a sports fan then hope you’re enjoying the weather!
Reframing Dementia meets on Monday, if you are a carer for someone recently diagnosed with a dementia, come and join us for our next Carers Course, starting in September. Shirley’s St. James’ by the Park is hosting a Holiday @ Home afternoon on Thursday, do phone to check if space. Have a good week!

Sunday 12th July, 2.30pm at Highfield Church, Highfield Lane, SO17 1RL. For all those who attended last week’s Holiday @Home to Ireland at the church and for all who enjoy singing well known hymns – you are all welcome to come to this service. Just turn up – no booking required.

Singing By Heart
2nd Monday of the month at Hedge End Salvation Army, White’s Way, SO30 2GL.
11.00-12.45 with lunch after. School term time only.

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, 2-4pm. Join us at this dementia friendly café. A chance to relax and chatter with other attendees while having a tea, coffee, cold drink.
