February is often a cold, dark month, so come along to our Memory Cafés for a bright afternoon of cuppa, cake and chat and other activities. We’d love to see you.

Reframing Dementia
Meets Monday, 2nd February. A safe place for those who have recently received a diagnosis of dementia. More details above or contact Karen or Dave for further information. You can just turn up on the day.

Men’s Meets
For all men, caring for someone living with dementia. We would love you to join us for a walk and a catch up. We will meet at the Cowherds on the Common on Tuesday 3rd February at 1pm for a short stroll, back to the Cowherds for some lunch and chat and should be finished by 3pm. Carers Engagement Survey 2026
Southampton City Council are looking for feedback from unpaid carers about support and services from the council that help them in their caring role. This feedback will help them develop the best possible support for people like you, who help to look after someone who needs care or support.

Singing By Heart
1st Monday of each month at Snowdrop Place, Pavilion Road, Hedge End, SO30 2ZS. 11.00am-12.45pm with light refreshments after.
Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with.
