September is here already, but although the heatwave is fading, there’s still plenty of things to do and places you can go. Below we’ve got our usual Memory Cafés for the week and do check out the extras we’ve got happening this term, Our Bereavement Course starting in September and our popular Tea Dance in October.

First Tuesday of every month, from 2-4pm with Admiral Nurse present. Join us for an informative talk from Unpaid Carers Support and the Alzheimer’s Society about their organisations and any current work that can support carers and people living with dementia. Meets 1-3pm on the first Thursday of the month, this cafe is not a memory cafe but is suitable for everyone. Pop along for a chat and a cuppa. Make new friends, take part in activities or just sit and relax in a safe space. Contact Sarah for more information.
