Are you or anyone you know finding bereavement difficult? If so, join our friendly and supportive Bereavement Course. All details are below.
Dementia, A Life Worth Living, is the first session of a new group for people living with dementia to meet with and chat with others who also have dementia. You are not alone… Please support this new venture. See flier below.

New Bereavement Course
Pippa and Ros invite you to join a small group to explore and understand your grief alongside others. Due to illness our starting date is now Tuesday 4th November, 10.30am to 12.30pm, weekly until December.

Singing By Heart
Hedge End Salvation Army, White’s Way, SO30 2GL.
11.00-12.45 with light refreshments after. Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with. Shirley Memory Café
Make & Brew Café, St James Road, SO15 5HE
From 2-4pm, 3rd Monday each month. Come along to enjoy some tea and cake with others living with dementia. This week Debbie from Stepchange Design will be encouraging and showing us how to use our outside space.
Townhill Park Memory Café
Townhill Farm Community Centre, Wessex Road, Townhill Park, SO18 3RA. 1-3pm, meets the 3rd Monday of the month. You’ll always be sure of a warm welcome, with a cuppa and cake. Time to chat and different activities each month. This month we will be bringing the outside in, planting and creating autumnal ‘flower’ arrangements. More information from Jo Frost.

Omega Café: Drop in anytime from 10 until 12. Free tea, coffee, cake, and chat.
Armchair exercise: Starts at 10am for about 25 minutes. Led by a qualified instructor; light exercise whilst still sitting! Donations welcome.
Community Lunch: At Midday. Food varies between jacket potatoes, ploughman’s, quiche, soup, breakfast rolls and pizza to name a few. Donations welcome.
