A new year has begun and we hope that it will be one full of good things for you and your families.
Our Memory Cafes resume next week and we look forward to seeing you. Lots going on through the month so do read on below to find out what’s happening where.

Reframing Dementia
Meets Monday, 5th January. A safe place for those who have recently received a diagnosis of dementia. More details above or contact Karen or Dave for further information. You can just turn up on the day.

Men’s Meets
For all men, caring for someone living with dementia. We would love you to join us for a walk and a catch up on Tuesday 6th January. We will meet at the Cowherds on the Common at 1pm for a short stroll, back to the Cowherds for some lunch and chat and should be finished by 3pm.
