There are more things happening across the city during the summer months, we can’t include all of them here so if you’re able to enjoy a morning or afternoon out, other than at our cafes, check out websites of local places to see what they’ve got on. Reframing Dementia
Meets Monday 1st June. A safe place for those who have recently received a diagnosis of dementia. More details above or contact Karen or Dave for further information. You can just turn up on the day.

Men’s Meets
For all men, caring for someone living with dementia. We would love you to join us for a walk and a catch up. We will meet at the Cowherds on the Common on Tuesday 2nd June at 1pm for a short stroll, back to the Cowherds for some lunch and chat and should be finished by 3pm. Singing By Heart
1st Monday of each month at Snowdrop Place, Pavilion Road, Hedge End, SO30 2ZS
11.00-12.45 with light refreshments after. School term time only.
Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with. Carers Course
1st Tuesday of each month, 6.30-8.30pm at Sholing Salvation Army Centre, 93 North East Road, Sholing, SO19 8AF.
A group for any unpaid carer to drop in – just enjoy a cuppa and chat or find out more information on what’s available for carers. It’s all very relaxed, just a small donation of 50p for your cuppa and a biscuit. More details from Debbie.
