Dr Sarah Lewis talk on ‘Penal Reform’ Sunday, November 17th at 2pm, The Pavilion, Portswood Residents’ Gardens

Dr Lewis is currently working for the Council of Europe  developing, training and evaluating rehabilitation programmes in prisons in Eastern Europe. Further to this, she is working closely in English prisons to develop and improve prison environments to achieve greater safety and well-being.

At a time when our prisons are overflowing, while those in other European countries are seeing a falling population, this should be an interesting insight from an expert.
