Dying Matters Awareness Week Mountbatten’s team, with the Community Engagement Vehicle (CEV), will be at St Denys Church and Community Centre this Friday 9 May from 10am to 2pm

Deb, Chris, Pam and Helen from Dead Good Days will also be there, promoting conversations around the idea of making difficult times at end of life less difficult. Simple chats around the what?, where? and who?, regarding your wishes. It’s generally easier to sort such things earlier than later!

There will also be a short informal session on Advance Care Plans at 12.15pm.
