Friends of Portswood Rec have raised £723.50 from their Leap Year Quiz towards funding their play area!

“Wow, what a fantastic evening we had at our Leap Year Fundraising Quiz last night!

Thanks to everyone who came along to take part, Nick the brilliant quiz master, Eugene and The Drummond Arms staff for being great hosts, Ravi, Leila, Dick, Katherine, October Books and Kohinor of Kerala for donating raffle prizes, Russ and the 29th Immaculata Southampton Scout Group for lending tables and benches, anyone I’ve forgotten who has supported us, but most of all YOU, all the people who have given so generously!

We are delighted that after allowing expenses for prizes etc we raised a massive £723.50 which will be going straight into our Play Area Project fund. Thank you all!!”
