Tyler Jones opened Flagship Coffee on 2nd August 2024 in the shop unit previously occupied by The Nest which closed earlier in the year. He says he “gives a ship” about good, high quality coffee.

After 10 years in the hospitality business (he started young), 23 year old Tyler decided to launch his own venture. Born in Nottingham, he moved down to Portsmouth to be closer to his grandad in his later years of life.

He chose the name ‘Flagship’ because of the City’s nautical background.

Flagship Coffee serves coffee from Broadway Coffee Roasters and is all ‘white label’, meaning the blend is picked by Tyler for his shop and is only served there. He also sells bags of the coffee there too!

Flagship Coffee is open Monday through to Saturday, from 8.30am to 5pm.
