Incidents on Portswood Broadway on 2/4/26

• Four reports of street people / possibly street drinkers in seating area outside former Flagship Coffee
• Three reports of street drinkers / street people in Portswood Broadway
• Using plant pots to put rubbish in.

Note: there have also been other occasions since January of some street drinkers in Portswood Broadway which have not been reported.
