Members will be asked to approve the Minutes of the previous AGM of March 20th 2024 and to note the current 2025 reports. You are asked to take a look at these on their website so that any questions you may have can be put forward at the meeting. The accounts will be tabled at the meeting.
The existing Officers are not up for re-election until 2026. Other members of the Committee have agreed to stand again but will require re-election at the AGM. There are currently two vacancies for which nominatons are sought, one for a Communications Co-ordinator and the other for an Events Co-ordinator.
