Join the Public & Community Engagement (PCE) Future Cities Hub, and partners We Make Southampton Community Media and Southampton National Park City, and fellow Hubs members Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, for a triple screening of three short films looking at life in the city:

Date and time

Thursday, 7 Nov 2024 18:30 – 20:00 GMT

Location

University of Southampton, Sir James Matthews Building, B135 Level 2, Room 2089

157-187 Above Bar Street, University of Southampton SOUTHAMPTON SO14 7NN.

The three short films looking at life in the city are:

  • An Urban Green Adventure [12 minutes]
  • Is This Street Good Enough For Me? [20 minutes]
  • Team Wilder [6 minutes]

After the screenings they will be an open discussion about life in our city, what works and doesn’t work for you, and a chance share your favourite spaces!

The first two short documentaries, filmed in Southampton, cast a spotlight on local streets and green spaces, and hopefully give an insight into how each of us can benefit consistently from helping our local environments in small, meaningful, and rewarding ways.
